If you thought this article would attempt to harvest views by getting people into a frenzy about war with Russia, you were wrong. This article is about de-escalating this tension, saving the lives of innocent people in Syria, and preventing the deaths of soldiers from the US or Russia who fight wars they know nothing about.
So recently on Tuesday, Russian state run television told citizens to actually stockpile food and water as the possibility of nuclear war with the United States intensifies over Syria.
This isn’t worse than the things that are on mainstream American television every day, but when sites like VICE report it, you wouldn’t get that impression. VICE received a huge 70$ million dollar endowment from war-fueling media mogul Rupert Murdoch: they literally have blood on their hands encouraging the public to consent to war, by supporting the “Syrian rebels” in their mini documentary, just like the mainstream media.
The segment looked fairly similar to any other news you’d see in America, with a guy standing behind an image of a mushroom cloud and warning people to stock up on “fewer sweets and more water.”
The newsman listed off various food items that citizens would be wise to stock up on in case America actually hits Russia with a nuclear bomb. These items included oatmeal, rice, and sugar “for those who succumb to panic and decide to spend all their savings.”
The newscaster noted that it was necessary to stockpile 30 liters of water for food preparation, drinking and personal hygiene.
“It should be noted that real panic isn’t here but across the ocean,” the newscaster noted, pointing out that many Americans bought things like this after Trump was elected, and it is completely statistically true.
Right now, a situation is unfolding that requires our utmost care, and our strongest skills of temperance and negotiation to deal with.
We, as citizens of America, the United Kingdom, and France are being roped into a war directly with the Syrian government, and therefore a war directly with Russia, because of the decisions of the very people who unrightfully claim to rule over us and “govern” us.
Their business is not ours, and nobody wants this war except for people who have fallen for everything the mainstream media has ever said.
Childlike, unable to comprehend the consequences of our actions: that’s somewhere around the place that most people who find themselves hating Russia or calling for war find themselves in.
The mainstream media has suddenly gone into full, foaming at the mouth insanity-mode over Russia: and it’s so much more complicated than anybody thinks. It is so much more evil than anybody can possibly comprehend.
We have a responsibility as citizens who our governments claim to represent, to prevent this war from escalating: to stop it, to ease the tensions, and to prevent the innocent men, women, and children of Syria from becoming victims of our governments directly, as opposed to their proxies and mercenaries who they claim to be fighting (ISIS).
Innocent people are the ones who end up dying in situation like this.
