Greetings citizens of the United States of America.
Many years ago, an American comedian dared to tell us the truth about the power structure in his work, and while some people listened and remember the truth that he told, the mainstream world has forgotten about the vital knowledge hidden in the stand up comedy of the late George Carlin.
One of Carlin’s most famous comedic bits during his career was his explanation of “the big club,” which was a nickname that he gave for the shadow government or what some people now refer to as the deep state.
In today’s political climate, everyone seems to think that the politicians are the ones who are calling all the shots, but they take orders from the people who are really in charge.
As Carlin told us, “It’s never going to get any better, don’t look for it, be happy with what you’ve got. Because the owners, the owners of this country don’t want that. I’m talking about the real owners now, the BIG owners! The Wealthy… the REAL owners! The big wealthy business interests that control things and make all the important decisions.
Forget the politicians. They are irrelevant. The politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don’t. You have no choice! You have OWNERS! They OWN YOU. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought, and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets, and they own all the big media companies, so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls.
This statement was no exaggeration, and it is more true today than it ever was before. Just this month, Disney’s merger with Fox made the consolidation of the media even more centralized than it was before. This is just the latest in a series of corporate mergers that have been happening for generations, slowly bringing the control of the flow of information into smaller and smaller hands. The early days of the internet gave us hope, but now the internet is also controlled by a handful of small mutli national billion dollar corporations that also seek to control the flow of information.
You must remember not to depend on your governments to protect you from these forces, because these powerful interests own your elected officials.
As Carlin pointed out, “They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying, lobbying, to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I’ll tell you what they don’t want: They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. Thats against their interests.”
During the 1978 Supreme Court case, FCC v Pacifica Foundation, the government cited Carlin’s work as an example of profanity. They used his “Seven Dirty Words” segment to show the type of language that was being used in records and broadcasts. However, many suspect that this was just an attack on him for his words against the government.
Just after his 1969 appearance on the Jackie Gleason show, Carlin caught the attention of the FBI because he made jokes about then-FBI chief J. Edgar Hoover. According to the government, Carlin had “referred to the Bureau and the Director in a satirical vein.”
They added that his act was “considered to be in very poor taste” and “it was obvious that he was using the prestige of the Bureau and Mr. Hoover to enhance his performance.”
In these difficult times, as the control structure continues to grow around us, we must continue to speak truth to power and expose the corrupt individuals who pretend to be our representatives.
The time has come for us to unite, the time has come for us to stand up and fight! You are An0nymous! We are An0nymous! We are Legion! We do not forgive! We do not forget! Expect us!
